Exchanges and returns

Want to exchange or return a product? It’s quick and easy in just three steps.

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. We will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within five working days after we have received the return.

Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Contact us to request the return form
Send an email to info@elegance-cotswolds.co.uk to request the return form. We will send it to you as soon as possible.

Step 2: Fill in the return form
Once you’ve received the form, fill it in completely and clearly.

Step 3: Send your order back
Send the items together with the completed return form to the address provided on the return form.
Make sure to include a track & trace code with your package. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment – this way we avoid any misunderstandings.
